In Gethsemane, on the cross, and through His Resurrection, Jesus Christ overcame sin and death. His Atonement is infinite in reach and personal in application.
Resurrection, (the re-uniting of both physical body and spirit body) as you see Jesus has, never to be separated again, is given to everyone. Forgiveness and transforming grace are received as we exercise faith, repent, make and keep commandments and covenants, receive the Holy Ghost, and endure to the end in Christ. He also succors us in pain, weakness, and grief.
