Celestial Kingdom — Eternal Marriage / Families.
These are they whose bodies are Celestial, whose glory is that of the Sun, even the Glory of God, the Highest of all, whose Glory the Sun of the firmament is written of as being typical. D&C76:70
Terrestrial Kingdom
They are bodies Terrestrial, and not bodies Celestial, and differ in glory as the Moon differs from the Sun. D&C76:78

4 And he became Satan, yea, even the devil, the father of all lies, to deceive and to blind men, and to lead them captive at his will, even as many as would not hearken unto my voice.
Outer Darkness: There is also a state beyond the kingdoms of glory called Outer Darkness, which is reserved for those who have become Sons of Perdition. These individuals have rejected the truth, denied the Holy Spirit, and will not inherit a kingdom of glory.

The New Testament and modern revelation describe different degrees of resurrected glory: celestial, terrestrial, and telestial.
The celestial kingdom is the fulness of God’s presence. The terrestrial and telestial kingdoms also possess glory, suited to what individuals were willing to receive. Perdition is distinct and applies to those who knowingly choose complete rebellion after receiving a fulness of light.
The revealed descriptions of the Celestial, Terrestrial, and Telestial Kingdoms help us understand how each degree of glory differs.
God judges perfectly. These teachings invite us to receive the gospel of Jesus Christ, remain valiant in our testimony, and prepare for celestial glory.
